Syfe has operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, and is approaching half a million users. The Product Marketing Manager role will be focused on product marketing to drive business outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and the SelfWealth community, the role will drive engagement and adoption among existing and prospective investors in Australia. This is a hands-on marketing role for a creative, customer-focused marketer who can turn complex financial ideas into clear, engaging, and actionable content. You don’t need to be an investment strategist. Your superpower is helping everyday investors understand how our product works and why it matters, in plain language. You will lead go-to-market planning for new products and features, manage product content across our website as well as own our voice within Australia’s most active investor communities. Your work will support both acquisition and engagement, creating campaigns and creative assets that help convert interest into action. Key responsibilities Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead GTM planning for new product and feature launches across the SelfWealth platform. Define launch objectives, success metrics, and execution plans in collaboration with product, marketing, and acquisition teams. Positioning and Messaging Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with everyday investors. Develop and maintain product value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate SelfWealth in the market. Customer & Market Insights Act as the “voice of the customer” by gathering and synthesising insights from user feedback, investor communities, and competitive analysis. Use insights to inform product roadmap decisions, refine messaging, and identify growth opportunities. Acquisition and Campaign Strategy Develop acquisition-focused campaigns that tie product features to user benefits, supporting channel teams with positioning and creative concepts. Partner with performance marketing to ensure campaigns deliver on ROAS and acquisition goals. Cross-Functional Enablement Work closely with product teams to ensure launches are supported with clear creative, educational content, and acquisition hooks. Equip sales, advisory, and customer support teams with product marketing materials that ensure consistent messaging and stronger conversion outcomes. What you'll bring 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, financial services, or consumer tech. Strong copywriting skills and ability to create content that simplifies product complex ideas. Proven experience managing community engagement in social platforms. Experience leading product marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Comfortable working across CRM, web, and social, with a focus on acquisition and engagement. Collaborative, hands-on, and able to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and acquisition teams.
