What You’ll Do: As a Category Specialist, you’ll be the strategic force behind product performance, supplier partnerships, and category growth. You’ll lead initiatives across pricing, product development, promotional planning, and inventory optimization—ensuring best in class market offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute category plans aligned with business goals Manage supplier relationships and negotiate agreements Drive product lifecycle management and range optimisation Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and sales teams to maximize opportunities Develop catalogue & marketing programs to ensure brand visibility Monitor market trends and competitor activity and look for product development opportunities What You Bring: Proven success in category/product development, ideally in the automotive industry Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A hands-on, energetic approach with a passion for driving results Strong computer literacy with intermediate/advanced Excel skills What’s in it for you?
