Position vacant:22 MGMT are searching for a dynamic Talent Manager based in Melbourne, with a strong interest in fashion, media, entertainment and social media. About you:You’re confident and enjoy working alone or in a team.You’re well-presented and an effective communicator.You have a clear understanding of the media landscape across all platformsYou have strong communication and negotiation skillsYou can implement structure and organisation to your day-to-day tasksYou have worked with talent either as a Talent Manager or in publicity. About the role:The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate experience in the following:The ability to generate and uphold a strong rapport with clientsTo be able to work across a broad spectrum of brands and categories where our clients specialiseTo effectively manage corporate relationshipsTo actively seek new opportunities for 22 and its talentTo create and implement brand strategyTo seamlessly manage day to day diary/activities for clientsThis full time role is Melbourne based.
