About the role We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and bring our product story to life - crafting campaigns, content and messaging that engage our market and support our growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the messaging, campaigns and content that connect our products to the right customers. You’ll partner closely with sales, product, support and marketing operations to build go-to-market plans, create compelling content and develop integrated campaigns. Key responsibilities Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audiences. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches. Design and manage integrated campaigns across digital, events, social and partner channels. Own the editorial calendar and create or commission blogs, case studies, website updates, white papers and more. Collaborate with sales to deliver enablement tools including collateral, presentations and case studies. Gather and analyse customer, market and competitor insights to inform strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 5 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy. Experience in product marketing, campaign marketing or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across product, sales, support and marketing teams. A thinker - someone who thinks outside the box and considers wider implications of initiatives. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Appcues, Google Analytics). A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
