Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Services Sales Coordinator (Intern) to join our dynamic team. This role will support our services sales function by assisting with operational tasks, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the services sales and services delivery team in managing proposals, renewals, contract documentationCoordinate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, to ensure seamless service execution.Support in tracking and updating sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.Prepare presentations, reports, and other sales materials to support customer engagements.Support on reviewing Service Sales and Services Delivery assets and templates.Support with internal coordination with different teams, tracking and follow up.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and competitive advantage.Help improve sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements. Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.Basic understanding of CRM tools (is a plus).A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn.
