Your Role As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to: Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings and events. Prepare professional documentation including correspondence, presentations and reports. Manage diaries, intercept calls, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with financial processes including billing, expense claims and reconciliation.
