You'll be the first point of contact for our premium client, providing exceptional customer service and support. Here's what you'll focus on: Deliver top-notch customer service and build strong relationships with our client Manage site operations, including vendor management, work requests, and issue resolution Assist clients with our tenant platform through phone support Coordinate with facilities professionals to respond to customer requests Process accounts payable invoices and expenses, and investigate discrepancies Generate purchase orders and conduct account administration Our ideal person; Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills Experience with Yardi system is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and call centre technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively So, what's in it for you?
