The Division uses Procure to Invest (P2i System) and SmartyGrants systems to create and manage contracts and grants. You will have experience in providing high level administrative support to a diverse team and a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. An awareness of the historical and contemporary impacts of philosophies, policies and practices regarding gendered violence against women will be highly regarded. The role will suit a person with good communication skills, and an ability to develop and maintain productive relationships. As the Program Support Officer, you will: Provide high level confidential administrative and executive support a team responsible for the development, implementation and management of programs and projects that support the effective delivery of services relevant to the business unit. Maintain effective and efficient processes to support the team to meet the strategic direction of key objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement. Support the team with well-developed time-management skills and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines. Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies and community organisations. Assist with the coordination and review of a range of written materials concerned with the programs and initiatives delivered by the business unit. Support the team to monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of programs and partnership activities. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
