As an Administration Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Mental Health Court Registry, ensuring efficient and effective registry services. You will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, court documents, reports and evidentiary material, ensuring accurate processing, timely distribution and compliance with legislative and organisational requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate logistical arrangements, including car, travel and accommodation for clinicians and other professionals supporting the Mental Health Court and process associated payments in line with financial procedures. Role fit Administrative Skills - Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with statutory timeframes. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement - High level interpersonal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge and Records Management - Proficiency in records management systems, information handling and compliance with the Mental Health Act 2016 and Public Records Act 2023.
