About the Role: As the Executive Services Officer you will: Provide efficient and confidential administrative and executive support to School Supervisor, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation and wider team. Prepare, coordinate and disseminate relevant information liaising with a diverse range of departmental clients and community bodies on behalf of the School Supervisor, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. Responsibilities Include: Maintain effective time management practices for the School Supervisor, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. including managing diary appointments, prioritising correspondence and screening telephone calls. Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences including venues, business and travel arrangements, accommodation, and receive visitors and delegations to the School Supervisor, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures within the branch. Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all correspondence and administrative documents, using appropriate software programs and adhering to departmental standards. Provide administrative support to the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation team. Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate The Executive Services Officer reports to Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation.
