Project Officer The Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the Content Services Platform (CSP) Project, and the program as a whole. This role enables governance through the provision of secretariat support and coordinates reporting for CSP Project governance committees. This role additionally provides support in project and program assurance activities. The role may be delegated responsibility to work with other team members on supporting project related tasks or activities. Your key responsibilities Organise and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are understood and managed throughout the project lifecycle. Support the CSP project and program assurance activities. Maintain and update project documentation, registers (risks, issues, decisions, actions), and project plans. Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Monitor & escalate project progress against timelines and escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager. Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability Support UAT coordination by scheduling sessions, tracking feedback, and ensuring defects are logged and followed up. Intermediate skills with various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.) Communicate effectively with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds. Other skills Work independently and follows through on assignments with minimal direction.
