Key responsibilities As the Community Liaison Officer you will specifically: Liaise with government and non-government agencies to build understanding of the services provided by Victim Assist, promote victims' rights and build effective referral pathways, through activities such as collaborative projects, relationship building, networking, provision of information and training. Develop innovative and effective materials to enhance knowledge about Victim Assist and victims' rights, including but not limited to face-to-face training packages, fact sheets and electronic resources. Plan, develop and deliver a range of internal and external communications, engagement services and stakeholder education activities through consultation, develop and implement targeted communication and engagement campaigns. Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and engagement to support operational core business andproduce quality client-focused outcomes. Identify, coordinate and/or participate in initiatives to develop or support victim services. Liaise with stakeholders to collaboratively identify, design, and facilitate research topics around victims of crime, focusing on practical outcomes to improve services provided by Victim Assist. * Develop and maintain internally and externally published content including online content, brochures, guides, reports, and briefing notes with a focus on accuracy, reader engagement and accessibility.
