As the Manager, you will:- Lead the establishment and management of relationships with internal and external organisations and individuals involved in the delivery of Destination 2045- Lead the establishment and management of formal internal and external governance, protocols and processes for overseeing, monitoring and reporting on Destination 2045- Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with staff, project teams and senior management within the Tourism division, the department and external stakeholder organisations- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality oral and written reports, presentations, briefing materials and planning/program/project management documents to deliver your program of work.- Establish, manage and foster a high performing team to deliver team's program of work within timeframes, budget and quality standards.- Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
