Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Analytics Lead to drive data-informed decision-making at HUB24. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals and challenges into actionable analytics solutions, delivering measurable impact. With a strong grasp of the HUB24 data landscape, you'll design scalable, reliable solutions that support key objectives and influence critical decisions across projects and planning. As a team leader, you’ll also mentor analysts and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities: Identify and assess business needs where data analytics can provide effective, high-impact solutions. Design, develop, and deliver mature, reliable, and scalable analytics solutions aligned with strategic goals. Generate objective, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. Apply advanced analytical and statistical modelling techniques where required to enable step-change improvements in business operations and overall maturity. Act as a central point of contact between the broader Data Science & Analytics (DS&A) team and the business. Manage and prioritise incoming requests and programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with sub-teams—including Data Engineering and Data Visualisation—to define and deliver end-to-end analytics program waypoints. Coordinate technical, resourcing, and scheduling requirements across teams and communicate these clearly to all relevant stakeholders. Proactively engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand priorities, opportunities, and challenges. Identify and leverage existing or new data assets to deliver commercial insights that support critical business initiatives. Provide in-depth analysis to support key decision-making processes and execution strategies. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business leaders to become a valued member of the strategic decision-making team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their practical applications. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling. Proven experience applying analytical thinking, design thinking, and critical problem-solving to real business challenges. Demonstrated success in applying advanced statistical modelling to deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience in business partnering and influencing decision-making across multiple business units through data-driven insights. Background in Financial Services or Data Analytics Consulting is highly regarded. Leadership experience in managing or mentoring small teams or project groups. Hands-on experience with Databricks, DBT, or similar modern data platforms. Exposure to analytics across functions such as Customer, Marketing, Operations, or Process Optimisation.
