The Role: The Reporting Analyst will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support decision-making across Fitness Passport. This role focuses on building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and other analytical tools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate information into clear outputs for internal teams. This role is internally focused, working with data from across the Fitness Passport member base, employer partners, and facility network to drive operational performance and identify trends. Your key responsibilities will include: Reporting & Dashboard Development – Build, maintain, and improve interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key business metrics.Data Analysis – Use SQL and OLAP tools to extract, query, and analyse data from multiple sources including Snowflake.Data Accuracy & Quality – Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation checks.Stakeholder Support – Work with internal teams to understand reporting needs, providing clear and reliable outputs.Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and strategic decisions.Process Improvement – Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate manual tasks.Ad-hoc Analysis – Provide data insights to support one-off business questions and initiatives About You: 5 years’ experience in a reporting, data analyst, or BI role.Strong technical skills in:Power BI – dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX.SQL – query writing and optimisation.Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.OLAP tools – for multidimensional analysis (preferred).Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.Good communication skills, able to present data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
