Must have at least Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance, NV2 preferred. Must be an Australian Citizen A Scrum Master will work within a multi-skilled, diverse team to deliver incremental software and infrastructure changes. Responsibilities include: Developing your teams’ knowledge of Agile practices, principles, and cultures removing delivery impediments and contributing to the Agile Release Train priorities. Facilitating and leading Agile events, identifying and analyzing risks relating to agile delivery of software assess the agile maturity of your team, champion agile value, and a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with other scrum masters to champion agile values, assist the team to maintain or become high performing and successful. Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services. Contributes to the selection of the software development methods, tools and techniques. Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes. Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions Leadership and management experience Excellent people and project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
