The Tasks Ahead: Source and screen candidates across multiple recruitment channels. Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate suitability. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clients. Support the recruitment team with administrative and database tasks. Liaise with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. About You You are an experienced Resourcer or Recruitment professional with strong sourcing skills and a passion for helping people connect with the right opportunities. You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a team-focused environment. Flexibility and the ability to work school-hour arrangements is highly desirable. Key Requirements Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation and time-management abilities. Proficiency with recruitment databases and job boards. Ability to work part-time, full-time, or in a job-share arrangement (school-hour hours considered).
