About the Role As our successfully appointed HR/Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about people operations. Our successful candidate will be self motivated and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, posting job ads, communicating with candidates) Support onboarding and offboarding processes (including drafting of employment contracts) Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.) Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Provide administrative support to Payroll Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions Requirements Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role (1–2 years preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (desired) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication and interpersonal skills In return, we offer: Flexible hours for the right candidate.
