Are you a compliance and quality assurance professional with a passion for helping people achieve their employment goals? We are seeking a Contract Manager to ensure our inclusive employment programs are not only compliant but also consistently excellent. As a key leader in our Service Delivery Model, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence. You will oversee all aspects of contract administration, ensuring every location meets compliance to Department policies. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining the training, documentation, and procedures that empower our teams to deliver outstanding results. What you will do: Manage all contract administration and compliance for our inclusive employment program. Lead our Quality Team, conduct audits, and develop action plans to uphold and improve standards. Provide expert guidance to staff, create data-driven reports, and collaborate with leadership to ensure program success. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and best practices across all our locations. What you will bring: Experience in the employment services sector, with a strong understanding of compliance and program delivery. Proven ability to design resources, standards, and training strategies. A thorough understanding of ISO standards (9001, 45001, 27001). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A track record of meeting performance targets and a keen attention to detail.
