This is a unique opportunity to step into a Team Leader Role, where you’ll focus on training, guiding, and mentoring junior staff, while also stepping in as a floating manager to cover portfolios when required. This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same — one day you’ll be coaching a new team member, the next you’ll be stepping into a portfolio to provide hands-on client support. Key responsibilities include: Mentoring, training, and supporting junior strata managers Floating across different portfolios to provide cover Supporting the Head of Strata with operational oversight and team development Promoting compliance, professionalism, and best practice across the department We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in strata management as a Strata Manager or higher Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive and supportive approach to mentoring others If you’re ready for a role that combines mentoring with hands-on management support , this is an exciting next step in your strata career.
