The Opportunity You will be working in a medium sized finance team and will work in the administration and maintenance of a Financial Management Information System (FMIS) namely TechOne. At the same time, you will be called on to: Build new reports Enhance and improve dashboards Ensuring the data from different sources produces an accurate single source of truth This role is highly suitable for a technical expert seeking an EL2 role without having to worry about staff management, or an high performing EL1 looking for project work. The Role Key responsibilities include: Lead continuous improvement of the FMIS by enhancing system functionality, building new reports, improving dashboards, and supporting automation and configuration changes Ensure data integrity by integrating multiple data sources to deliver a reliable single source of truth, supporting accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making Provide responsive user support and help resolving issues, troubleshooting, and guiding users across systems Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise system performance Maintain and improve system documentation, SOPs, training materials, and onboarding guides to support consistent use and capability uplift Support audits and corporate projects by maintaining high-quality financial data, responding to audit queries, and contributing to broader business system enhancements The Ideal Person This role suits an EL2 systems accountant (or highly experienced EL1) with strong FMIS knowledge of TechOne in an APS setting. You are someone who enjoys customer service and who takes a keen interest in making the systems work better for the users. You will be known as someone who is a problem solver and technical expert. An inquisitive nature paired with well-formed interpersonal skills are a must as you will be introducing change and having regular interaction with a diverse group of stakeholders.
