Newly created, major leading Australian organisation, hybrid, Melbourne preferred - Insider Threat Program to be established at scale - Genuinely supportive manager and colleagues to kick goals About the Role Operate and manage enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and insider threat platforms, including endpoint, CASB and UEBA tools. Tune and develop custom DLP rules, policies, and alerts to strengthen the company's data protection posture. Provide technical integration via APIs and log ingestion, working closely with project teams to identify and implement protection early. Investigate DLP incidents and collaborate with Legal and People & Culture teams on containment and resolution. Drive capability uplift through proactive threat hunts, behavioural analysis, and the implementation of security controls. About You Have strong experience with Purview. Have at least 4 years' experience in cybersecurity, preferably in DLP, insider threat, law enforcement or related investigative roles. Bring solid technical knowledge of DLP architecture, rule creation, and policy management across various platforms. Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, automation tools, and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or Perl. Familiar with cloud security concepts and able to document processes clearly for knowledge sharing and SOP creation. Ready to make a real impact on data protection?
