Workday HCM / Absence Consultant – Contract Location: Australia-based (Melbourne preferred, remote with occasional travel) Duration: 6-month rolling contract Rate: $1,100–$1,600 GST/day (depending on level and experience) We are supporting a large-scale Workday rollout across the APAC region and looking to engage an experienced Workday HCM professional. This role will suit someone with strong hands-on experience in HCM Core and Absence, who is comfortable contributing to both delivery and design. There is flexibility to bring someone in at either a senior consultant or lead level, depending on capability. Key Requirements: Active Workday Enterprise Management (EM) Certification – essential Proven experience in Workday HCM Core and Absence modules Able to work independently across configuration, delivery and client interaction Compensation or Talent module experience is a bonus Based in Australia – equipment is supplied locally Availability to travel for key project workshops (costs covered) Start date is immediate.
