Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services according to user requirements and delivery schedules. Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or orders. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information. Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements. Support departmental efforts in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledgeable in procurement processes and inventory management systems.
