A leading blue-chip organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced accounts call centre team. This is a full-time, permanent role dealing with high-volume inbound calls related to customer account queries and payments. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of stability and commitment — someone who has stayed the course in previous roles and is now looking for their next long-term opportunity. What You'll Be Doing: Managing a high volume of inbound calls around account enquiries and billing issues Processing payments, updating records, and maintaining data accuracy Investigating and resolving customer account concerns with care and efficiency Liaising with internal departments to ensure resolution and follow-up Providing calm, professional, and empathetic service over the phone What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a call centre , accounts, billing, or credit environment A demonstrated history of longevity in past roles — this is key Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers Attention to detail and confidence working in a structured, high-volume setting Must live in close proximity to Macquarie Park and be happy to work onsite full-time Why Join?
