This growing non-bank lender is a leader in its practice, providing finance solutions across home loans, and asset finance for medical professionals. Reporting to the Head of Risk, this role provides operational and administrative support to the Risk team across multiple functions, such as credit risk, collections, compliance and general risk management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate risk monitoring, effective process adherence and insights that help maintain organisational risk standards. Key Responsibilities · Support the distribution of regular risk reports and portfolio performance summaries · Help maintain risk registers and other key risk management records · Provide background data and documentation to support the credit team · Help identify inconsistencies or data gaps in credit submissions · Liase with collections team to monitor high risk or overdue accounts · Assist with compliance checks, control testing and gathering evidence · Provide ad hoc administrative and analytical support on projects · Perform other risk tasks as assigned The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a credit or risk management focused role across the financial services industry. You will have a strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and a proactive and adaptable mindset to learn new aspects of risk, compliance and audit process. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to succeed in the role.
