As the business enters a new phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial strategy and initiatives. This role presents a clear pathway to step into the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position as the Founder begins their planned transition. Reporting to the Board, the CCO will take the lead in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all customer-facing, revenue-generating, and growth-oriented functions of the business, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and pricing. You will work closely with the CFO, COO, and broader leadership team to ensure strategic alignment between commercial initiatives and operational execution. The business has attracted private equity investment, which will further support its growth and expansion plans. We are looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded leader with a strong track record in driving business growth, improving margins, and working across complex stakeholder environments. A key focus will be on identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities, including M&A assessments and post-deal integrations, to strengthen the business's market position. Given the nature of the business, a deep understanding of B2B sales within an industrial or high-volume product environment is ideal. Culture fit is key.
