What you’ll be doing: As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process, handling proactive outreach. Your focus will be qualifying opportunities and fuelling the sales pipeline for their indirect sales team. You’ll connect with businesses across Australia and New Zealand, especially multi-location and franchise organisations, to spark interest and deliver real value from the start. This role is not for everyone, purely in the fact that it requires you to make over 75 outbound cold calls a day, and would therefore suit someone with this experience, someone who is resilient and able to objection handle. Alongside this there will be: Inbound Lead Engagement Responding to inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads via phone, email, and chat Qualify leads based on customer fit and readiness Deliver a standout first impression of Constant Contact Set up meetings with Account Executives to advance the sales process Maintain top-tier speed-to-lead and stay on top of lead queues Who you are: 1–2 years of experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles, preferably in SaaS or tech A natural prospector- comfortable making cold calls and chasing new opportunities Entrepreneurial Excellent communicator who connects easily with business owners and marketing teams Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms is a plus Familiarity with digital marketing or small business challenges is a bonus What you’ll get: A launchpad for a high-growth career in tech sales World-class sales training and development Paid parental leave and private health insurance Quarterly volunteering days and a high-energy, collaborative team environment Hybrid working flexibility and a buzzing office in Fortitude Valley This isn’t just a sales role.
