The position This is a strategic sales role focused on developing and expanding opportunities across Queensland within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. This role requires an experienced sales professional with strong technical knowledge, project mapping capability, and the ability to influence specifications. You'll be a proactive operator who thrives on building multi-level relationships and closing complex solutions-based deals. Duties include: Build strong long-term relationships with electrical contractors, EPCs, consultants, and end users. Develop and implement a strategy for sales growth across key verticals including renewables, commercial, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Proactively identify and win new project opportunities in LPS, PFC, UPS and related solutions. Promote the company’s industrial product suite, addressing customer needs and evolving project requirements. Influence project specifications and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide full product solutions. Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events. Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting. Skills & experience required: Electrical Engineering qualification or similar is preferred, but not essential. Strong relationships across electrical contractors, EPCs, consultants, and project stakeholders are essential. Solid understanding of electrical installation processes and project/tender life cycles. Proven success in project mapping, tender identification, and specification selling. Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
