The Role: Sales Account Manager As part of our Brisbane-based team, you will: Drive new business growth by building relationships and closing opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients across Brisbane and Queensland. Deliver solution-based proposals , quotes, and tenders tailored to client needs. Lead in-person and virtual networking , attend industry events, and represent Harness in the Brisbane market. Manage your sales pipeline: qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast, and report on performance. Provide exceptional support for Tier 1 clients—ensuring outstanding service and implementing a deep care approach. What You Bring Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing roles within sales, account management, labour hire, GTO, RTO or HSE environments. A proven track record in new business development and solution selling . Strong stakeholder management and professional phone and presentation skills.
