ABOUT THE ROLE As a Candidate Manager – Real Estate , you'll work closely with the team to help find, qualify, and support great candidates across Property Management, Admin, and Sales roles . You’ll be: Calling and interviewing real estate candidates Learning how to match candidates to roles and present them to clients Writing ads and updating candidate info in our CRM Doing reference checks and assisting with onboarding Supporting the recruitment team and learning as you go Let’s be honest – all recruitment is sales . But this desk isn’t about smashing phones for new clients. You’ll focus on building relationships with candidates, learning the ropes, and presenting strong people to clients who already trust us. ABOUT YOU This role is ideal for someone who knows real estate and loves talking to people. We’re looking for: Someone with experience in Property Management , Admin , or Sales Support A confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone , calling Property Managers, and digging deep to understand what they’re looking for in their next role Someone who listens well, asks smart questions, and builds trust quickly A curious, self-motivated, organised person who wants to learn the recruitment game This is not an admin-only job.
