The role would suit an seasoned Payroll Officer with 5 years end to end payroll, who has previously had experienced working for large and complex payroll departments and organisations. Take responsibility for and lead the fortnightly payrun processing Superannuation reporting and utilise performance metrics to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective payroll services. Assist with monitoring and assessing processes through the utilisation of tools and systems, implementing corrective actions accordingly. Serve as a point of escalation and technical expertise to resolve complex payroll matters, ensuring compliance and accurate advice to the team and stakeholders. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to optimise payroll processes, systems, and service delivery, leveraging innovative technologies and practices. Assist with maintaining payroll governance, ensuring proper approvals and documentation in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Assist with formulating stakeholder engagement strategies to align expectations, enhance service satisfaction, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Assist with managing work area reporting and legislative compliance, ensuring data accuracy within the organisations systems and alignment with work area standards.
