The Role We are seeking a Prestart Consultant to join our expanding and dynamic team at our Head Office in Booragoon. In this vital role, you will assist customers after the point of sale and prior to the commencement of construction, guiding them through building decisions by providing expert advice on cost and quality. Key Responsibilities Review contracts to identify prestart requirements. Meet with customers face to face in the showroom to assist with building selections, offering advice on cost and quality. Answer customer queries and manage variations and expectations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform administrative duties. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Prestart Consultant/Administration and/or a client facing role. A total commitment to customer satisfaction. The ability to read and understand detailed plans. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
