The Role We are seeking deputy principals who will provide educational leadership across our school community inclusive of staff, students, parents and the local community helping to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos and Business Plan goals around the 6 domains of Relationships and Partnerships, Learning Environment, Leadership, Use of Resources, Quality Teaching and Student Achievement and Progress. We would ideally like applicants who are active with change management and have exemplary practices around the Quality Teaching Standard (QTS) and the Teaching for Impact principles. An understanding of designing, administering and analysing data with staff for the purpose of evaluating our processes would be highly desirable.
