About Us Belgravia Apparel is the New Balance teamwear licensee, supplying uniform to businesses and teamwear to grassroots and elite sporting organisations including the Melbourne Football Club, Gold Coast Suns, Auckland FC, Melbourne Vixens, Sunshine Coast Lightning and many more. About the Role Belgravia Apparel is seeking a highly organised and hands-on Online Fulfilment Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce and customer fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring online orders are picked, packed, dispatched, and delivered accurately and on time, while supporting inventory management, stock control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Duties Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all orders are fulfilled within agreed service levels and delivery timeframes. Receive incoming stock and process inventory efficiently and accurately. Identify and report damaged products, stock discrepancies or fulfilment issues. Prepare shipments for daily carrier collections and dispatch requirements. Maintain high levels of order accuracy and quality control. Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment requirements. Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory audits. Support returns and exchange processing where required. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Assist with projects and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce or order processing environments. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to prioritise tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (desirable). Experience using the Shopify system (desirable) Working hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
