ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking to appoint a Licensed Customs Broker to join its national team, with the position based in either Adelaide or Melbourne. Reporting to the National Customs Manager, this autonomous role is supported by a centralised shared services team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality customs brokerage services across a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will be a licensed Customs Broker with proven experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work independently while managing a varied workload. DUTIES • Prepare, review, and process customs documentation, ensuring all declarations and supporting information are accurate and compliant. • Work closely with internal teams and management to support customs operations • Ensure all customs activities comply with relevant government legislation and regulatory requirements • Provide expert advice to clients on customs clearance requirements, including tariff classifications and duty concessions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience as a qualified licenced Customs Broker required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understand the import (air/sea) process COMPANY CULTURE Professional office environment with a strong focus on training and development.
