As a key member of the operations team, you'll play a vital role in keeping freight moving efficiently and safely. This is a varied, active role combining forklift operation with general warehouse duties. Your responsibilities will include: Operating forklifts to load, unload and move freight across the warehouse and yard Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and containers Organising, stacking and storing pallets and bulk items Assisting with strapping/unstrapping freight, pulling curtains and tarps Picking and compiling orders using RF scanners Supporting stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation Conducting daily forklift checks and reporting maintenance issues Ensuring all loads are secure and safely distributed General warehouse support as required We're looking for someone reliable, safety-focused and ready to contribute to a strong team culture. To be successful, you'll have: Current LF Forklift Licence Forklift operation experience in a warehouse or transport environment Experience working in fast-paced operations A strong commitment to workplace safety Good physical fitness (manual handling involved) Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems (desirable) Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Reliable transport and a commitment to punctuality A team-first mindset and willingness to get involved Why Join Us?
