The Opportunity We are looking for a Process Guardian to take ownership of our Bellatrix Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and provide critical backup to our Document Control team. In this hybrid role, you won't just be doing administrative data entry—you will be actively ensuring that our systems and processes are in total alignment with what the business requires at the present time. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience with MES system administration on any MES platform. If you take pride in managing clean data, troubleshooting logic errors, enjoy configuring systems to make work flow smoothly and supporting the floor staff with solutions that actually add tangible value to their day-to-day operations, this is the role for you. You will be the vital bridge between digital production data and formal quality compliance. Experience with Quality Management System standards is highly desirable to ensure organisational QMS compliance. As the MES Administrator (Primary Focus): System Ownership: Act as the "Super User" for the Bellatrix system, managing master data, user access, and system configurations. Shop Floor Support: Be the first responder for production staff when the system blocks a process, translating system logic into plain English for machine operators. Data Integrity & Traceability: Conduct regular audits to ensure complete digital genealogy for our products—making sure every batch record and quality check is flawlessly captured. Troubleshooting: Investigate logic errors or data entry mistakes that prevent the release of products, finding the root cause rather than just applying a quick fix As the Backup Document Controller (Secondary Focus): Seamless Coverage: Step in to manage all Document Control duties during peak periods or staff absences.
