About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Wangara location. This is a pivotal administrative position that will support the smooth operation of our service delivery across mechanical, construction, and air services divisions. As Service Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all service requests, schedules, and client communications are managed efficiently and professionally. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Coordinating and scheduling service appointments across our HVAC operations Managing client inquiries and service requests via phone & email. Preparing and maintaining service documentation including service reports, quotations and asset management. Liaising between clients, field technicians, and management to ensure seamless service delivery Tracking and updating service progress and ensuring timely completion of scheduled work Maintaining accurate records and databases of client information and service history Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management Supporting the coordination of team resources and equipment allocation and bookings. Handling general office duties including answering phones, responding to enquiries, and managing correspondence.
