We are accepting applications from all interested personnel for the position of:- Perth Metro / FIFO Cleaning Technicians Position Details:- Please note, this is not a utility/ general cleaning position. The position involves specialised cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems, mould remediation and sanitising and decontamination of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for a wide range of clients located in the Perth Metropolitan and regional areas of WA and NT. Monday to Friday 38hrs per week, shift work with optional weekend work available. Pay Rates:- The position will commence as a casual position at $33.00 per hour for up to 3 months of training within the Perth metro department. Once successful, the candidate will be provided with a full-time employment contract and deployed as a regional cleaning technician at $46.50 per hour (base regional commencement rate). The full-time regional position will entail working in multiple regional locations Monday – Friday, with the occasional weekend work. When not working in the regional areas the worker will revert back to Perth metro areas to complete hours if necessary (metro rates apply, min. $30 - $31 per hour full-time). Whilst working in these areas, the conditions of employment are:- Must be drug free and able to pass regular testing. Physically capable and able to pass medicals. Basic computer literacy and must complete inductions on time. Prepared for weekly regional deployment with the ability, if required to work for 2 weeks at a time but also be prepared to work in Perth metro areas. Understanding of Mines Safety Culture & employee responsibilities to WHS. Possess a valid Police Clearance (within 12 months) that is acceptable for client deployment to sensitive areas. Hold a current valid WA Driver's license. Hold a construction White Card. Own transport essential for travel to work and home after hours. Able to perform shift work & have full working rights to work in Australia Prepared to sign acceptance of Regional/Division Conditions of Employment and Dunbar Employee handbook.
