What You'll Be Doing Working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites throughout the Perth metropolitan area, you will be responsible for: Fault finding and diagnosis of HVAC/R systems Service, maintenance and repairs Breakdown response and troubleshooting Preventative maintenance works Client communication and reporting Identifying repair opportunities and system improvements Completing service documentation using Simpro You'll work on a wide variety of equipment including: VRV / VRF systems Split and ducted air conditioning systems Package units Ventilation and exhaust systems Cool rooms and refrigeration equipment Evaporative cooling systems Commercial mechanical services plant No two days are the same. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills A professional attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer service Essential Qualifications Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Certificate WA Restricted Electrical Licence ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Current Driver's Licence White Card Australian working rights Highly Regarded Working at Heights Confined Space First Aid / CPR Simpro experience (Training can be provided for the right applicant.)
