About The Role Premium is seeking a highly organised and proactive Field Service Coordinator to manage labour planning, workforce mobilisation, and client relationships across multiple sites in Western Australia. As the key link between clients and our workforce, you will ensure labour requirements are consistently met across short-term, shutdown, and long-term projects. This role requires strong planning capability, clear communication, and the ability to respond in a fast-paced, operational environment.
