Boilermaker Join a Small Team Where Your Work Actually Matters We're looking for an experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our growing sheet metal manufacturing business. We're a modern sheet metal manufacturing business with laser cutting, CNC punching, press brakes, fabrication and powder coating. We take pride in producing quality work, meeting deadlines and building long-term relationships with our customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on a variety of interesting projects, from one-off custom fabrications through to production work. If you enjoy taking pride in your workmanship and want to be part of a business that's growing, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Fabricating and assembling mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium products. MIG and TIG welding Operating fabrication equipment including press brakes, bandsaws and other workshop machinery. Working closely with our drafting and production team to ensure jobs are manufactured accurately. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area. Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet expectations. Contributing ideas to improve workshop efficiency and processes. What We're Looking For The successful applicant will have: Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator. A minimum of 5 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication or general engineering. The ability to read and interpret workshop drawings. Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team. A current driver's licence. Successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and participate in random Drug and Alcohol testing as a condition of ongoing employment. Hold a current National Police Clearance (no older than 12 months) or be willing to obtain one before commencing employment. Only applicants who are Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents currently residing in Western Australia will be considered. Temporary visa holders, applicants requiring sponsorship, and candidates residing outside Western Australia will not be invited to interview.
