The Role As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll own the sharp end of our commercial pipeline - turning warm leads into paying customers. You'll be running product demos, handling inbound enquiries, and closing deals with accountants, lawyers, and real estate professionals across Australia. No experience in AML/CTF or compliance? Perfect. We'll train you. What we can't teach is hunger, personality, and the drive to win. What you'll be doing day-to-day Running live product demos (video calls) with qualified leads. Converting trial signups into paying subscribers. Following up with warm leads in our pipeline. Collaborating with the team on messaging, pricing, and sales strategy. Feeding insights from customer conversations back into the product. About You You're a natural communicator - comfortable on camera, easy to talk to, quick on your feet. You're competitive. You want to hit your numbers and then beat them. You're curious - willing to learn a new industry and become genuinely knowledgeable about it. You thrive in fast-paced environments where things change quickly and no two days are the same. You're based in Perth. No specific degree required. No prior fintech or compliance experience needed.
