To do that, we’re looking for a driven, confident B2B salesperson to step into our Client Account Specialist (CAS) role — a pure sales role for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and keeping clients engaged. The Role: Client Account Specialist (Full-Time) This is a sales-first role . Your job is simple (but not easy): Find new clients Nurture existing relationships Keep opportunities moving Grow revenue Your focus is clients, conversations, and conversions . What You’ll Be Doing New Business Development Proactively prospect for new clients via phone, email, and face-to-face where required Identify opportunities across industries such as Mining, Construction, Education, Retail, Health, Transport, Warehousing, and Government Book face-to-face meetings, build pipelines, and convert leads into long-term clients Daily prospecting to maintain a strong sales pipeline Client Relationship Management Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities Maintain regular contact to stay front-of-mind Build long-term partnerships, not just one-off jobs Sales Pipeline & Follow-Up Prepare quotes and follow up consistently Maintain accurate CRM records Keep deals moving and close with confidence Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after sale What We’re Looking For You are: A natural relationship builder with proven B2B sales experience in the signage industry Confident with structured sales processes and value-based selling Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations Driven by targets, results, and wins Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management Confident, positive, and resilient Comfortable using CRMs, quoting systems, and Microsoft Office You’ll have experience in: Signage and the signage industry Service-based or trade-related industries B2B sales experience What Success Looks Like A healthy, active sales pipeline New clients added consistently each month Existing clients increasing frequency and value Accurate CRM usage and disciplined follow-up Strong relationships generating repeat and referral business Why Join Us?
