Perth | Major Mining Accounts | Relationship Management | Planned Regional Travel Our client is a well-established supplier of specialised wear solutions to the Australian mining industry. With long-standing relationships across many of WA's major mining operations, they're looking to appoint a Territory Sales Specialist to manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships rather than constantly chasing new business. You'll become a trusted point of contact for key mining operations, spending around one week every month visiting mine sites across your territory, with the remainder of your time based in the Perth office managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and planning future site visits. The Role You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of mining customers across your territory, maintaining regular contact with site-based stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand existing business. Your responsibilities will include: Managing relationships with key mining customers across your territory Visiting mine sites approximately one week per month Developing a strong understanding of customers' operations and wear applications Preparing quotations and processing customer orders Planning customer visits and maintaining regular contact with site personnel Identifying opportunities to increase product usage across existing accounts Develop new business opportunities with lapsed/prospective customers Building relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering and procurement teams About You We're interested in speaking with candidates who enjoy account management and relationship building and who are highly organised in the way they manage their workload. You may come from backgrounds such as: Industrial sales Mining consumables Mechanical products Electrical products Engineering Pumps, valves or rotating equipment Bearings, conveyors or power transmission Technical products sold into mining or heavy industry You'll ideally bring: Experience managing customer relationships within mining or industrial markets Strong organisational and planning skills Highly organised with managing a busy workload of quotations and customer enquiries A consultative, customer-focused approach Confidence managing quotations, orders and follow-up The ability to travel regionally for approximately one week each month Why Apply?
