This is a rare opportunity to utilise your creative flair within a locally owned business that is dynamic and innovative and have a strong following and repeat business from homeowners, builders, architects and designers Duties will includeManaging and responding to incoming queriesQualifying leads for showroom appointmentsArranging consultation appointments with customersBooking qualified in-home appointments for the sales repsUnderstanding the customer’s needs and visions and presenting concepts and solutionsOngoing training on Interior Decor solutionsConverting consultations into salesGenerate sales reports for managementLiaise with production on lead times and product availabilityBuild strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects and designers To be successful in this role you will have a proven ability to build rapport with customers with a consultative approach that resonates trust and expertise. You will be able to draw on your previous sales knowledge whilst offering high end customer service. The hours are 9am – 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday however there is some flexibility if you prefer a day off other than the Monday. Saturday’s are compulsory due to the high demand for appointments.
