About The Role Supervisor - Logistics is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll lead the coordination of oversized deliveries for projects, ensuring materials arrive safely, on time, and without disrupting construction. You’ll work closely with site teams and contractors, solve problems in real time, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Your Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate daily oversized deliveries and offloading to keep site operations on trackAlign logistics activities with broader site schedules to avoid delaysAct as the main contact for transport contractors arriving onsiteMonitor access roads and hardstands to ensure delivery readinessManage disruptions, delays, and weather impacts in real timeTrack performance, report issues, and drive continuous improvement Your Skills And Experience Experience in logistics, site coordination, or procurementProven experience in a supervisory roleBackground in construction or infrastructure projectsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and holds a current driver’s licence Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
