By joining Team Cyan, you can expect: Global collaboration opportunities Diverse offshore project experience A strong company culture The Opportunity The Junior Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the Cyan Subsea Project Personnel Logistics team, including coordinating subsea personnel and offshore crewing activities, support personnel logistics, and organizing offshore planning schedules and travel arrangements for project crews. This position is based in Perth CBD. Key Responsibilities Coordinate offshore personnel mobilisation, logistics and workforce scheduling for subsea projects across Australia and internationally. Assist with project setup activities, including the review and understanding of project scope narrative and crewing requirements. Maintain personnel records, certifications, competencies and training requirements to ensure operational and client compliance. Coordinate employee onboarding activities and employment documentation. Arrange domestic and international travel for offshore personnel. Assist with visa and work permit applications across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare training and competency certifications for offshore personnel ensuring compliance with client requirements. Raise and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Due to the dynamic nature of offshore operations, occasional flexibility to support urgent personnel mobilisation activities outside standard business hours may be required. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but not essential Essential Experience At least 1-3 years’ experience in Administrative and project support roles Prior experience in maritime, offshore, or mining-related industries (preferred) Proven experience in a busy project environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and deadlines Understanding of procurement processes and personnel and equipment certification requirements (preferred) Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Office Ability to work in a team including supporting others during peak periods in other areas of the business Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy How to apply At Cyan Renewables, we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers all employees to strive for their full potential.
