About the role As a project coordinator you will report into the operations manager and be responsible for: Managing freight end-to-end across the mining sector (projects general cargo) Coordinate air, sea & road shipments from general to awkward out of gage Handle quoting, invoicing & job costing Arrange cartage & delivery requirements Manage a number of dedicated client portfolio's communication & relationships What You’ll Need to Succeed Strong freight forwarding experience (air & sea) within Mining End-to-end operations across quoting → invoicing CargoWise experience across full system Confident managing clients directly Import & export exposure Long-term mindset with strong work ethic Australian PR or Citizen Why You’ll Love It Full time Perm | Immediate starts (flexible for right person) Flexible start and finish times | 1 day WFH after probation Strong career progression opportunities Work across projects & complex freight Supportive, hands-on leadership | Staff discounts bonus Social team with events and lunches Onsite parking, laptop, phone provide About Our Client A growing freight forwarder operating across Australia, supporting clients in mining, oil & gas and resources.
